Return Policy

Minerva Medical does not issue refunds, accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased from us is defective. Please note that all Face Masks and Gloves are considered personal health products and are final sale unless defective. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at cs@minervamedical.ca Please include your order number as well as details of the product and the defect. A photo of the defective item will be required in order to have a refund issued. When sending your email please state "Refund Request - Your order Number" (Example: Refund Request - 9905473) in the subject line.
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will fully and thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you will be  entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If entitled to a replacement or refund, a replacement product will be provided or a refund of the purchase price, using the original method of payment will be issued.
If you received the wrong item and would like a refund, please send a photo of the items you did receive. You will also be required to send these items back to our warehouse. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at cs@minervamedical.ca with further details and a photo. When sending your email please state "Wrong Item(s) - Your order Number"(Example: Wrong Item(s) - 9905473)  in the subject line.
